ABOUT

Hailing from Athens Georgia, Dead Vibes Ensemble began in February 2018 with Brian Head on drums and Markus Shaffer on Bass/Vocals. The duo create a blistering mixture of sludge and doom metal that is akin to Weedeater and Eye Hate God. Their live debut was only a couple months later at the first Shadebeast Presents metal show in April 2018. They have since played across the southeast and were on the lineup of the first Snowblind Festival. They are scheduled to play the upcoming Atlanta Doom Fest in March of 2023.

The first album What Devilry Is This was self-released in February 2020 right before Covid shut the world down. They plan to tour heavily and release their second album before the end of 2023.
